RESPONSIBILITIES
- Translate concepts into user flows, wireframes, mockups and prototypes that lead to intuitive user experiences.
- Identify problems and solutions to make UX improvements.
- Conduct interviews, user research, competitive research, and usability testing.
- Explore analytics data to inform our understanding of customer behavior.
- Sketching and ideation, and the ability to articulate concepts and ideas.
- Visualize and prototype design concepts at varying levels of fidelity.
- Create user flows, and wireframes, as well as prototypes of different levels of fidelity If needed, facilitate workshops with stakeholders to support an inclusive design process
QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum of 2 years experience creating user experience, user interfaces, websites, or mobile applications.
- Ability to clearly and effectively communicate design processes, ideas, and solutions to teams and clients.
- A solid grasp of user-centered design, planning and conducting user research, user testing, A/B testing, rapid prototyping, heuristic analysis, usability and accessibility concerns.
- Open to receiving feedback and constructive criticism.
- Must have a thorough understanding of how to interpret user needs and translate them into requirements.
- A team player that enjoys a collaborative design process.
- Up-to-date with the latest UI trends, techniques, and technologies.
- Strong influencing, negotiation and communication skills (written, verbal, presentation) would be advantage.
- Must be organized, analytical, dynamic and able to cope with stress.
