The UI Designer will be responsible for the design and implementation of all the experiences a user has when interacting with a digital tool. In addition, the UI/UX Designer will ensure that all elements of the online user experience are optimized for improved usability, usefulness, and exceptional visual design.

• Work cross-functionally with UX Designers, Business and Marketing to create visually compelling graphics and UI with a consistent visual design.
• Sketching and ideation, and the ability to articulate concepts and ideas.
• Visualize and prototype design concepts at varying levels of fidelity, from paper to interactive digital prototypes.
• Maintain the design system, create, and update documentation, and library components.
• Establish design standards and principles accompanying the design system for scalability ,efficiency, and consistency.
• Create and deliver pixel perfect UI designs for mobile application and responsive website.
• Create, improve and use wireframes, prototypes, style guides, user flows, and effectively communicate your interaction ideas using any of these methods.

• Minimum of 1 year experience creating user experience, user interfaces, websites, or mobile applications.
• Strong technical abilities in Figma, Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Demonstrate a strong sense of typography, iconography, color theory, visual weight, and visual composition.
• Deep understanding in iOS, Android, and Hybrid platform.
• Have a mindset of pixel perfection would be advantage.
• Up-to-date with the latest UI trends, techniques, and technologies.
• Open to receiving feedback and constructive criticism.
• Must have a thorough understanding of how to interpret user needs and translate them into requirements.
• A team player that enjoys a collaborative design process.
• Ability to clearly and effectively communicate design processes, ideas, and solutions to teams and clients.
• Strong influencing, negotiation and communication skills (written, verbal, presentation)would be advantage.
• Must be organized, analytical, dynamic and able to cope with stress.
