Talent Fulfillment Services Lead

JOB SUMMARY

Talent Fulfilment Service Lead works closely with business to identify and propose the right people from the supply pool or other sources, with an understanding of development goals and preferences while also monitoring availability and productivity. The key responsibilities of the Talent Fulfilment Service Lead is to support analysis, forecast and planning of talent supply, demand and utilization of the workforce.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Conduct annual workforce planning exercise and ensure that details of talent (experience, skills, preference, etc) are captured
  • Map talent to annual demand to form baseline talent assignment view by gathering demand details such as description, man-hours, roles required, etc., and work closely with Sourcing & Procurement specialist to identify additional resource required to fulfil - headcount
  • Identify headcount gap to deliver demands and provide input to PX team (e.g. Talent Advisor, recruiter) to form recruitment plan
  • Provide annual talent assignment report and soft-book talent to relevant demand prior to execution
  • Hard-book talent and deploy to product/platforms for demand execution
  • Identify alternative resource if soft-booked talent is not available for staffing, working closely with Sourcing & Procurement Specialist
  • Manage and track people productivity metrics such as bench, average time to fill demands, etc and produce monthly talent utilization report

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 1+ years experience in human resource, people experience and strategic workforce planning/forecasting
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or related discipline
  • Experience in managing multiple projects’ resource demands
  • Ability to communicate status, challenges, support needed to fill demand
  • Ability to build deep and influential partnerships throughout the organization by demonstrating an understanding of business resource needs and project objectives
