JOB SUMMARY

Digital Transformation Specialist liaises with internal and external stakeholders to understand gaps required to operationalize critical initiatives and focus on aligning technology, processes, and culture while connecting key stakeholders to collaborate. The lead also helps drive and execute strategic priorities within Arise and ensure the success of the CEO’s agenda.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline
  • Proven experience in leading or participating in digital transformation initiatives is highly valued
  • Background in digital strategy, technology consulting, project management, or technology / business process optimization
  • Familiarity with a wide range of digital tools and platforms used across various business functions
  • Proficiency in data analysis and interpretation, with the ability to leverage data for informed decision-making and performance measurement
  • Expertise in change management principles and practices to effectively lead organizational culture shifts
  • Pose the business acumen and ability to align digital initiatives with organizational goals and objectives
  • Solid understanding of market dynamics, customer needs, and competitive landscapes
  • Demonstrate an innovative mindset and ability to identify opportunities for digital innovation and process optimization
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills, both written and verbal, are necessary for conveying digital strategies, presenting findings, and collaborating with cross-functional teams
  • Good collaboration and teamwork skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
  • Strong capability and commitment to continuously learn and adapt to emerging technologies, industry trends, and business needs in the digital landscape
